Memory can be trained. Memory can be measured. Memory can be challenged.
Memory Sports transforms memory into a competitive discipline where athletes train to memorise and accurately recall numbers, words, images, names, faces, cards and other forms of information under defined conditions.
We celebrate extraordinary performance across physical sports. Memory Sports brings that same spirit of training, discipline, competition and performance to one of the most fundamental abilities of the human mind – memory.
Memory Sports consists of competitive events designed to test how effectively and efficiently a participant can encode, retain and recall information.
Competitors are presented with different types of information under specific time limits and are scored according to their accuracy and performance.
The disciplines are designed to test memory ability rather than general knowledge, creating a structured and internationally comparable form of competition.
