The Indian Memory Sports Academy is pleased to announce the National Memory Championship, to be held in Hyderabad on 14 November 2026. The championship is open to all age groups, from school students to adults, and welcomes first-time competitors as well as experienced memory athletes.
What to expect
Competitors take part in internationally recognised memory disciplines such as numbers, words, images, names and faces, and playing cards. Every discipline follows standard competition rules, so participants can compare their scores with memory athletes across India and around the world.
Who can take part
Participants compete within age categories, so every competitor is measured against others at a similar stage. No previous championship experience is needed; the championship is an opportunity to learn, test your memory and grow.
How to prepare
Practise a little every day, learn the rules of each discipline and try timed practice sessions before the event. Registration details, the schedule and the full list of disciplines will be shared on the Upcoming Championships page.
